Terms of use

This website is operated by Aloha American Realty, Inc. By using it, you agree to these terms.

General information only

The content on this site is general information about real estate on Oahu. It is not legal, tax, lending or appraisal advice. A market analysis from a broker is not an appraisal.

No client relationship from the website alone

Sending a form or message does not by itself create an agency or client relationship. Before we tour homes with you or prepare an offer, we will discuss and confirm in writing who we represent and the terms of our services, as Hawaii law and MLS rules require.

Accuracy

We work to keep the site accurate and current, but we cannot promise that every statement is complete or up to date. Please confirm important details with us before relying on them.

Text messages

If you give your phone number and agree on a form, we may text you about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text, or tell us any other way, and everyone at Aloha American Realty, Inc. will stop texting you. Agreeing is not a condition of working with us.

Links to other sites

If this site links to other websites, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

Aloha American Realty, Inc. does not discriminate on the basis of race; color; religion; sex, including gender identity or expression; sexual orientation; marital status; familial status; ancestry; national origin; disability; age; or HIV infection, or any other basis protected by federal or Hawaii law.

We are pledged to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity throughout the Nation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii.

No warranty

The site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Aloha American Realty, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits our duties to clients under Hawaii law or a signed agreement.
